Ravenna back to victory! With a really excellent defense and a concrete counterattack, Consar Ravenna wins at the Palaflorio di Bari at the end of a match fought. The defense was decisive against a BCC Castellana Grotte who fights well, recovers and wins the first set, wastes three sets ball in the third and finally surrenders in the fourth set to a Ravenna certainly more concrete: Poglajen was deservedly MVP of the match, but really an excellent performance also for Rychlicki and for the libero Goi that in defense was really superb. As usual solid performance for Zingel and Renan scored 29 points, however they were not enough for the hosts, which wasted a couple of important balls in the third set.
Now Ravenna has 23 points in the standings, and they make a good step towards salvation, while Castellana remains the only team still winless in the Italian Superlega.
