Austria: Photogallery of Amstetten-Wien and the point of the situation after 2 rounds


We are at the Round 2 of austrian DenizBank AG Volley League.
The renewed team of VCA Amstetten NÖ celebrated their first victory in their second match. Just 48 hours after the defeat on the road on the court of the defending champions SK Zadruga Aich/Dob, they won against the newly appointed TJ Sokol Wien V in only 67 minutes with a clear 3:0 (25:21, 25:17, 25:19). Topscorers in the Johann-Pölz-Halle were Braydon Nault with 11 points, followed by Franco Slomp Drago and Niklas Etlinger with 9 points each and Boris Nikolic with 16 on the other side. A little bit numbers? Aces 5:3, Attacks 38:30, winning-blocks 4:3. Below the gallery of the match!!

On the other match played today, UVC Holding Graz needed just one hour to get out of court in Klagenfurt, by winning in straight sets too (25:17, 25:17, 25:14). Top scorers of the match were Max Trummer with 11 points,, Arwin Kopschar with 9 and Tiago Pereira (14) and Lorenz Koraimann (12) on the other side.

Tomorrow the reigning champions meets its runners-up on the home court. For Waldviertel it is already the third match, and they lead the DenizBank AG VL-Standings after winning away against UVC Holding Graz and the VBC TLC Weiz. They have currently 5 points.
